Leo G. Dominguez


Some of Leo’s peers have described him as a “Thought Leader” in two Philippine industries: Mining and Franchising.


With over 30 years of practice in corporate and commercial law, Leo is regarded as a thought leader in the mining and franchising industries.


Leo co-authored the bill that became the Mining Act of 1995 and helped create the Philippine Minerals Reporting Code. As partner in 

Quisumbing Torres*, he represented mining and metals companies, conducting due diligence, ensuring regulatory compliance and advising on complex M&As. Leo is a founding trustee of the Philippine Franchise Association and co-authored its Code of Ethics and Fair Franchising Standards. Antonio V. Enriquez II

Managing Director

Antonio “Tony” V. Enriquez II is a seasoned Senior Corporate Executive, with 40 years of manufacturing, sales and marketing, business development, and top management experience in Asia Pacific in the Food, Beverage, and Packaging and Food, Flavors, and Colors industries.


Tony is a senior executive with 40 years’ track record in manufacturing operations, business development, and sales and marketing in the ASEAN and Asia-Pacific. His strengths include plant operations, strategic thinking, and

business relationship-building. In 2010, he was named Most Outstanding Chemical Engineer by the Philippine Professional Regulatory Commission and in 1999 by the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers.


Tony’s corporate experience covers manufacturing, sales and marketing, business development, joint venture negotiation, and strategic planning in the food, beverage, packaging, and food flavors and colors industries. He has set up and managed five manufacturing operations in Indonesia, China, and Vietnam, and was involved in the acquisition of a major Australian food player. He worked in executive positions at San Miguel Corporation, and for the Milwaukee-based global flavors and colors specialist Sensient Technologies, Inc. in the Philippines and ASEAN.

Tony is past Chair of the Philippines-Australia Business Council and past National President of the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers.

Manuel A. Agcaoili


Mr. Agcaoili’s career in metallurgical engineering and mining spans almost 40 years. His expertise lies in corporate management, operations, logistics, production management, project management, sales and marketing, and human resource management.


Mr. Agcaoili is the current President and Director of MBMI Resources Phils. Inc. and the Philippine Representative of MBMI Resources Inc. He served as a Senior Vice-President in Philex Mining Corporation from 2014 to 2017 and the President and Director of Rapu-Rapu Processing, Inc.

from 2006 to 2008. For over 20 years, he worked as a Metallurgical and R&D Engineer, Assistant Vice-President, and Section Head for International Marketing and Traffic Operations for Philippine Associated Smelting & Refining (PASAR) Corporation.

At present, Mr. Agcaoili serves as a Director in Narra Nickel Mining & Development Corporation, Tesoro Mining & Development Inc., and McArthur Mining Inc.

Ariel R. Arriola


Ariel is a corporate and commercial lawyer with two decades of experience mostly in foreign investments, capital restructuring and corporate rehabilitation, and mergers & acquisitions. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association with a license to practice in the Philippines and New York.


Atty. Ariel R. Arriola is a legal consultant at OLLI Consulting Group, Inc. His practice focuses on corporate law, particularly foreign investments, and investments in special economic zones and regulated industries. He advises on investment structures, fiscal and non-fiscal incentive 

schemes, trade agreements, government  procurement, documentation, tax treaties, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity. Atty. Arriola worked in Quisumbing Torres (member firm of Baker McKenzie) as a corporate lawyer before obtaining his Master of Laws degree from Columbia Law School in New York as a Graduate Legal Studies Scholar of Baker McKenzie. He was also a member of Baker McKenzie’s Asia Pacific Regional Private Equity/Venture Capital Practice Groups and the Global Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Practice Groups. After spending a decade with the firm, he established an independent boutique practice in Manila. Atty. Arriola also serves as Independent Director in various companies including PTFC Redevelopment Corporation, DBP Daiwa Capital Markets Philippines, Inc. and Traditional Financial Services Philippines, Inc.

Atty. Arriola also possesses extensive hands-on experience in structuring and documenting investments in various industries (including mining, business process outsourcing, and information technology) and establishing appropriate investment vehicles (i.e., joint ventures, special purpose vehicles, subsidiary corporations, branch offices, representative offices and regional headquarters) for investors in the Philippines.

Sharon C. Aytona

Sharon Aytona is a seasoned business professional with over 15 years of experience in accounting, tax planning, government compliance, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), business development, and management.


Sharon is a Certified Public Accountant who brings insights on accounting, tax planning, and government compliance to SMEs and foreign entities who want to do business in the Philippines. She also possesses knowledge of business development, management, and finance.


Sharon has 19 years of experience practicing tax and accounting in the fields of banking, financial technology, and education, among others. She regularly conducts seminars and training on Computerized Account System (CAS) Accreditation with the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and other private organizations.

Joseph B. Castillo


Known as Joe Green, he is a humanitarian, green warrior, social entrepreneur and community developer. For the past 15 years, Joe has had significant involvement in disaster response, relief and risk management; environmental advocacies; security; business management; and public service. He runs OLLI Bambu and is a consultant on bamboo seedling production.


Joe’s extensive work in teaching basic entrepreneurship to various cooperatives and communities has led to several awards including the following:

Jose Vicente L. Camus


Joey has over 25 years of experience with various banking and financial institutions, conglomerates, and SMEs that provide him insight on project finance including equity and debt financing, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate and consumer banking.


A former CEO of UCPB Savings Bank, Joey served as a senior executive with Bank of Commerce, Union Bank, Citytrust Banking, Citibank Savings, and United Coconut Planters Bank. While at San Miguel Corporation’s Corporate Finance Office, he evaluated and oversaw energy and public infrastructure projects.

Bryant G. Casiw

Bryant G. Casiw is a Philippine-based lawyer and business consultant with ten (10) years of experience. Bryant finished B.A. Public Administration ( Cum Laude and College Salutatorian) and Bachelor of Laws (Top 13 of his Batch, and Order of the Purple Feather Honor Society Member), both at the University of the Philippines Diliman. Albert R. Dalusung III


Bert is a senior energy and power consultant with over 30 years of experience in renewable energy, energy planning, and policy formulation. His expertise covers solar, hydro, geothermal and biomass energy, electricity cost structures, and transfer pricing.


In 2017, President Rodrigo Duterte appointed Bert to the National Renewable Energy Board representing private developers.

In 1987, President Corazon Aquino appointed him as Director of Planning Services, Office of Energy Affairs (currently the Department of Energy).

He participated in crafting the implementing rules and regulations of Executive Order 215, which demonopolized and democratized power generation in the Philippines. He has helped develop the local renewable energy sector, covering solar, hydro, geothermal, and biomass energy projects across the country.

Chris is the CEO / Design Director of Philippine startup MEEP Inc. (Modular Energy Efficient Portage). He launched The Green Falcon, an electric bamboo-bodied motorcycle that went viral in 2018. It serves as a preview for


The Meepney (Modern Jeepney) or Bamboo Jeepney. Prior to this, Chris designed the Michel Gitano GT 111 and the Etro Agila E-motorcycle.

He was CEO and Design Director for Habitat, the pioneer Philippine lifestyle store.

Chris designed and co-patented The Bac Mobile, a mobile stander for disabled children for Luconex Inc. He was Art Director and Production Designer for video game producers Angel Studios (now Rockstar San Diego) and CyberDreams in LA.

He was Director of the Product and Industrial Design Department at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, and taught at the San Francisco State University. Recently, he taught Transportation Design at the College of St. Benilde in Manila.

His awards include 6 patents in the US and Philippines, and Best Product Design from the Department of Trade Industry.

Chris is an Honor Graduate from the Art Center Design College in Pasadena, California.

Ali Loraine V. Manrique


Ali Manrique is a lawyer with seven years experience in various government offices, handling matters concerning national security, including strategies, management, and public policy. She also practices labor and corporate law.


As a National Security Specialist, Ali handled the review and implementation of Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)’s strategic plans, policies, management system and modernization program. Rey Ernesto N. Millan, better known as “Coach,” is has been active as a bamboo farmer in planting bamboo for 35 years. He believes in the potential of bamboo for livelihood and industrial opportunities creation. A prominent figure in the bamboo industry, he is known among senior bamboo advocates including those from Los Baños, DOST and other bamboo networks nationwide.

John Carlo B. Tria

John Carlo is management consultant specializing in business development, compliance and project management in the natural resources sector.
